Improvements and Plugins [Devlog 15]

# Full changelog

* Touch mode panel will automatically open when starting an editor workspace with touch input

* File picker can now delete and rename files

* File picker can now create directories

* Pixel Studio: layer names now supported

* Preview panel in editor

* Battery indicator now does a pulse VFX on low battery

* Windows: system information tab now shows the network machine name

* RPG Maker 2000/3 map preview: fixed graphical issues caused by detaching workspaces

* RPG Maker 2000/3 map preview: fixed water autotiles being rendered wrong

* Windows: editor now has a print option

* Improved zoom by touchpad scrolling

* Redesigned numeric fields in settings (all have sliders now)

* Zoom sensitivity setting

* Plugin SDK: initial work on custom brushes

* Plugin SDK: loaded plugins are now shown in settings

* Windows: updated SDL3 to 3.2.22

* Fixed forced close when trying to launch with an incompatible renderer when there are other working ones

* Split session layout files can now be edited

* New filter: pixel offset

* Setting to use a new compact editor layout optimized for touch

* Reference images can now be shown under and over the canvas
